Reimagining Masculinity:
Exploring a New Paradigm of
What It Means to Be a Man
When men get together in an intentional way, there is something incredible that happens…
We start to heal.
Together. In community. We recognize the importance of the breath. We witness ourselves in the men sitting across from us. We start to appreciate how much pain we all carry. How we all want to feel connected. To belong. To feel understood and seen by others.
We open our hearts. We learn what healthy conflict feels like. We start to investigate power dynamics and how competition shows up in our lives. We start to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships.
And we can’t do it alone.
I create safe and dynamic containers for men to heal. To explore parts of themselves that have been hidden, exiled away to the dark corners of their psyche. There is an invitation for a depth of connection that most haven’t known or felt, maybe in all their lives.
Why does this work?
Right Here, Right Now
The way you do one thing, is the way you do everything. The way you show up in Group, is the way you show up in other areas of you life.
I never knew how much I needed a men’s group, until I found myself in a couple over the past 10 years. It’s one of the few spaces where we are invited to show up and share openly and honestly about what’s really going on inside. Life can slow down and we can start to see and feel what’s happening more clearly. Our fellow brothers help us find ourselves again. They become a mirror that shows us how we impact others. We begin to awaken in a circle of others who support us, even during our struggles and when there’s conflict afoot. This is real-time therapeutic healing.

Three weeks of each month are dedicated to “Here & Now” relational process work, focusing on what is unfolding between and within us in real time. The final week of the month shifts into a reflective, meta-level session where we step back together and explore the themes and patterns that have organically emerged throughout our work.
Key Themes Include:

What Men Are Saying
“I started doing personal work with Marc a year ago. Six months into the work, I thought it was the best decision I ever made. Then he asked me to join a Men’s Group. Saying yes was an even better decision!! Marc is an exceptional facilitator and lovely human being. Not only did I feel heard, understood and supported… I felt safe. Thanks to him and the men in my group, I grow daily in my personal and social life.”

“I came by Marc’s program through a stroke of luck. The time I spent with the other members of this container was one of the most empowering experiences of my life. I was challenged in ways I would have never expected. With Marc’s guidance using IFS and the encouragement of the other men, I left the 12 weeks with a much kinder view toward myself and toward others. I carry a much more confident understanding of my parts and can easily connect with them. Marc and the other men of this group have made a profound and meaningful change in my life. Thank you Marc!”
